- Sales Representative
Starting wage of $60,000.00 - $80,000 per year (Starting wage dependent on qualifications)
THIS IS A HYBRID ROLE, REQUIRING 3 DAYS/WEEK IN OFFICE LOCATED IN ROSENORT, MB
Essential Functions & Duties
Dealer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential dealers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all dealer inquiries and concerns.
- Schedule regular visits (virtual or on-site) to assess needs, provide support, and review performance.
Direct-to-Customer Sales
- Engage directly with end customers to understand needs, recommend solutions, and close sales.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotes, and after-sales support to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Sales Growth
- Develop and execute sales plans to maximize opportunities.
- Monitor sales trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
Product & Marketing Support
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure dealers have up-to-date promotional materials and product information.
- Assist dealers in developing local marketing campaigns to drive product visibility and demand.
Order & Account Management
- Work with dealers to forecast demand and manage inventory requirements.
- Support accurate and timely processing of orders.
- Partner with internal teams (production, logistics, inside sales) to ensure timely delivery and resolution of issues.
Reporting & Administration
- Maintain accurate records of dealer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline opportunities in CRM.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence.
- Participate in trade shows, dealer events, and industry networking opportunities.
Qualifications
Education:
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience:
- 3+ years in sales, account management, or dealer/distributor management, preferably in manufacturing or a related industry.
- Experience working with a dealer/distributor network is an asset.
Travel
- Ability to travel a minimum of 20% of the year
- Reliable Vehicle
- Valid Passport for out of country travel

Senior Washbay Attendant - Night Shift
Four 10 hour shifts, Monday to Thursday, 4:00pm – 2:00am
$18.00-$24.00/hour dependent on qualifications + $3.00 Night Shift Premium

Duties include but are not limited to:
- Clean stainless steel tanks and parts using a pressure washer.
- Perform pickling and acid washing of tanks and parts.
- Wrap tanks during winter months for protection.
- Operate an overhead crane to move materials safely.
- Utilize a forklift to transport tanks and parts.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines for handling chemicals and equipment.
- Safely store, label and track chemicals
- Maintain accurate chemical usage logs and rinse procedures
- Ensure washbay equipment remain in working order
- Act as the primary contact for washbay-related tasks and needs
- Support other washbay attendants through demonstrated best practices, on-the-spot guidance and reinforcement of washbay and quality standards
- Communicate job priorities, delays, or workflow concerns to the Production Lead Hand.
- Report supply shortages and request materials proactively
- Ensure daily targets are achievable and met
- Assist with general shop duties as needed or required to support overall production flow
